Luke 12:32

"Do not fear, little flock, for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom."

“It is the Father’s good pleasure...” Have you ever known that you are experiencing the Father’s good pleasure? Last Sunday, as I watched our leadership I think I experienced the Father’s good pleasure. It had nothing to do with tangible things like food or clothing but everything to do with experiencing the kingdom of God. The Lord touched my heart immensely as I looked at everyone giving their all to Him. It was such an overwhelming feeling of love that came over me several times during the morning worship service and brought tears to my eyes. I believe it was the Spirit of the Lord encouraging us and letting us know He was pleased. I am convinced that God was wanting us to know how much He loves us. "We are bound to thank God always for you, brethren, as it is fitting, because your faith grows exceedingly, and the love of everyone of you all abounds toward each other..." 2 Thessalonians 1:3.
