ROADMAP TO REOPEN

We miss you and look forward to seeing you!

Current Plan Status:

STEP 2: SMALL/MEDIUM GROUPS

as of July 3 (see COVID-19 Update)

When we return to Step 3, here's what to expect:

Capacity:

Attendees Limit: During Step 3, in person services will be limited in size based upon State/Local guidelines. This number will adjust in accordance with State/Local Guidelines. At this time, services are limited to 25% of building capacity or 100 people, whichever is lower.

RSVP Only: In order to not overfill services, we are asking that attendees RSVP in advance in order to reserve their seat in the Auditorium (Live) or Gym (Overflow/Live Stream). Sign-Ups/RSVPs for each service will open on the Monday prior (5am) and close on the Saturday before (1pm). You can find the registration link here.

Precautions Campus Bible Church is taking:

Sanitizing: Before every service the sanctuary seating and all high-touch surfaces will be disinfected. We will only allow people in the room after that procedure is complete, usually around 20 minutes prior to the start of the service. We will continually be disinfecting and sanitizing surfaces in the restroom and other high-touch areas to reduce possibilities of transmission. Sanitizing stations will be available throughout the entrance and auditorium.

PPE: Staff and volunteers will adhere to CDC guidelines.

Seating: Seating in the auditorium will be limited and accommodate families sitting together. Congregants will be distanced 6 feet apart in adherence to State guidelines.

Printed Materials: We will limit the distribution of printed materials. Connection Cards, Sermon Notes, and Bulletins will be available online or on the church app.

Communion: When we do communion, it will be the pre-packaged variety with no passing of the communion elements.

Offering: During Step 3, we will not pass the offering bags during the service. You are encouraged to give your offering online, in the box on the way out of the auditorium or through the mail.

Boiler Room Prayer: will meet onsite on Sunday mornings at both campuses (7:45am near the playground at Maple, and 8:30am near the Children's wing at Palm).

Modified Greeting: All doors will be propped open so that attendees will not need to touch door handles. We will not have greeter volunteers initially but our ushers and staff will be ready to welcome you with a friendly wave and a smile!

Modified Ushering: Our ushers will assist you in finding your seat and maintaining a count of attendees.

Egress Considerations: Sections will be dismissed one at a time so we don’t have a flood of people at the same time.

Staff and Volunteers: Any staff or volunteer who feels sick, or has tested positive for COVID-19 within 14 days will not be allowed to serve. All other staff will wash their hands and sanitize regularly.

Precautions you should take when attending:

Face Masks: Face masks may be required in accordance with State/local guidelines. We will post whether masks are recommended vs. required on the detail area of each Service registration page (www.campusbiblechurch.com/rsvp).

Hand sanitizing: Stations are set up throughout the building. We encourage their frequent use.

Coughing & Sneezing: If you need to sneeze or cough please cover your mouth and nose or sneeze into your elbow.

Greeting: Our greeters will be wearing face masks. We will not shake hands, hug, or high-five instead we will air hug, wave and big smiles.

Seating Capacity: Seating may be limited in accordance with State guidelines, so families will sit together, and an usher will seat you.

At Risk: If you are a high risk because of your age or underlying health conditions we encourage you to stay home and continue watching online. While we would love to see you in person, we love you and want you to stay healthy.
