Individuals seeking alternative methods of donating to Campus Bible Church should consider gifts of publicly traded securities.
Campus Bible Church has an investment account established with Ameriprise Financial for the sole purpose of receiving gifts of publicly traded securities. Upon receiving the securities, we immediately liquidate all shares you’ve gifted and apply those funds into the board approved giving category you have selected (ie. General Fund, Love Fund, Global Missions, Capital Improvement, etc…).
There may be an opportunity for the donor to receive significant tax benefits for gifts of highly appreciated securities. Please visit with your tax professional about such tax benefits.
Consider providing the following instructions to your financial advisor or investment firm when making arrangements for the transfer:
- Name of publicly traded security and desired number of shares to transfer
- Destination account number: 68286527
- DTC clearing number: 0756
- Destination company: American Enterprise Investment Services
Please make us aware if you are preparing to complete a gift into Campus’ investment account.

There are several benefits to online giving for both you and the church.
- Simplicity – You will not need to remember if you gave this month or pay period, or send your offering checks when you are out of town.
- Security – Online giving is more secure than giving with a check in that an electronic gift can’t be lost or stolen. For additional information on how Campus Bible Church keeps your information and contributions secure click on the Policies & Security tab above.
- Helping Campus Bible Church – Online contributions require less processing from our administrative and volunteer staff since the information is logged to your donor record and deposited automatically.
Yes. In many ways giving online is safer than writing a check because an electronic gift cannot be lost or stolen. The security of the system is continually managed by our online provider, Fellowship One. To find out more about our security click on the Policies & Security tab above
Unfortunately our database program requires each individual to have a unique log-in with a unique e-mail address. Your e-mail address is what identifies you as a ‘unique person’ – kind of like your social security #. This is the same requirement of financial institutions or any place online that requires you to create a user account.
You can give online from your checking account using your bank routing and account numbers.
We encourage good stewardship of what God’s blessed us with, so when choosing between using a debit or credit card, we recommend using a debit card. If you’re considering using your credit card, we would encourage you to use your card if you pay your card off monthly so as not to incur debt. For either debit or credit cards, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
You do not necessarily need to switch. Campus Bible Church online giving is different from your bank’s online bill pay feature in two ways: First, with Campus Bible Church’s system, donations are immediately recorded to the church and your giving history at the time of your contribution whereas your bank takes time (several days) to process and mail a check to the church. Secondly, Campus Bible Church online giving is processed electronically, so there is no need for our contributions volunteers to handle a physical check.
Not to you. You will not pay any fees with an online gift. In addition, online gifts are a more efficient and convenient way for the church to process donations.
Yes. The system allows you the option of either making a one-time contribution or setting up a recurring contribution. For a one-time contribution, you can designate that the contribution should be made immediately or, for both one-time and recurring contributions, you can schedule the contributions to come out of your bank account or charged to your credit card on the date(s) specified by you.
For recurring gifts, you have the option of giving weekly, monthly, twice a month (1st and 16th) or every two weeks. You may also specify the starting and ending dates for your recurring gifts.
Yes. You can change or cancel your contribution at any time before the date of your next scheduled contribution (once a contribution has been processed it cannot be cancelled). Simply log in to the system using your user name and password and make the necessary changes in the system.
Yes. The site will allow you to view the complete history of your contributions, given either online or otherwise. Once you’ve created an account, you will be able to contribute immediately. In some cases, before you can see any past contributions, we must manually connect your online account with your previous information. This is a one-time process that usually happens within a week of creating your account. After that, you can view your giving history (online or by check) at any time.
When you first set up your online giving profile, it will take about a week for our staff to link your InFellowship ID with the church database record. After this you will be able to review your previous gifts to Campus Bible Church in the online giving section of the website. Once your record is linked, future gifts will be posted and available immediately after your gift is received.
Yes, if you are in the system as an adult you will be able to view giving history for all members of your household. In order to view history or generate a statement for selected people in your household, select the person or people you want to display under the “Contributions for” selector and click View. Click the “Download statement” link to generate a statement for the person or people in view.
All online giving transactions are always attributed to the individual who made the donation. Paper checks processed by the church are usually attributed to the household. We anticipate this difference not being an issue for married couples filing jointly since it doesn’t matter whose name is on a gift for tax deduction purposes.
For instances where you need to show an individual’s giving on a separate statement, select the person you want to display under the “Contributions for” selector and click View. Click the “Download statement” link to generate a statement for the person in view.
Yes. You will still receive a printed contribution statement mailed to your postal address when you create an InFellowship ID. InFellowship gives you the opportunity to print or download your statement at any time for the current year and past year. If you ever need a printed statement sent to you, please contact Pastor Matt Cook at the church office.
Contributions will be taken from your specified bank account within 2 business days of the date you requested. This time frame allows time for the contribution to process through your bank and the church’s bank. If the date of your contribution falls on a weekend or a holiday, the transaction will be initiated on the next banking day.
Yes, you can designate your gift to go toward one of the following funds:
- General Fund: This fund supports the ministries, staff and general operation of our church.
- Global Missions Fund: Gifts given to this fund support the local, domestic and overseas missionaries of Campus Bible Church.
- Love Fund (Benevolence): Your gifts to this fund help people in our church family and community experiencing temporary financial hardship.
- Capital Improvements: Gifts to the fund help with Capital Improvement projects at both of our campuses.
We may also add additional accounts at specific times. If you don’t know which one to choose, please consider giving to the General Fund.
Very shortly after submitting your contribution, you will receive an e-mail verifying your contribution and you will see it in your giving history online.
Please note: If you signed up using information we already have on record for you, you will be able to see your past giving history immediately. If you don’t see your giving history, that’s okay too… Your new InFellowship account will be matched to your existing information within a few days. Anything you contribute in the meantime will still be included in your giving history after matching.
No. Any browser will work, including later-model mobile devices.
During times when these campaigns are occurring, you will be able to give a one-time contribution to support the given initiative or campaign.
Yes, you can give via online or paper check. If you’d like to write a paper check to Campus Bible Church, please send it via mail, deliver it in person, or place it in an offering box before or after one of our services. Our address is:

Policies & Security
At Campus Bible Church, we use an online database called Fellowship One. Your information will remain private and will never be given away to third parties, other than to process your scheduled contributions.
You can schedule new contributions at any time and can modify or cancel those contributions at any time prior to the date they are scheduled. Once the contribution has been processed, however, it cannot be cancelled. If you have any problems or questions related to this, please contact Pastor Matt Cook at the church office (559) 291-9116 x103.
Your information is held securely by the Fellowship One system. Their system allows us to provide access to your contribution records and allows you to make donations online. They provide all of the security for the system. This system is used by churches throughout the country and has been fully tested by them.
There are two aspects of security related to the system. First, Fellowship One provides data security using the latest security technology. The following statement is from their security documentation: “[the system] utilizes the most current encryption technology to maintain the security of your data. Every parameter passed in the hyperlinks is fully encrypted. Additionally, the Login module handles passwords using what is known in technical terms as salted hash. In laymen’s terms, this means it would take 50 computers (running constantly) continuously presenting password combinations four years to discover the password.”
The second aspect of security relates to account creation. When you first create a new account in the system, you will be able to donate immediately, but you may not have access to any previous contribution information if you signed up using information the doesn’t match exactly what we already have in the system for you. If this is the case, we must manually match your previous information to the account you created.
In order to verify the authenticity of the account request, we will ensure your data matches our current records (e.g., address, phone number, and email address). If there is any question, we will contact you via email before matching. Since this is a manual process, we will perform these steps approximately once a week.
When you create your account, you will determine your own login ID and password. Your login ID is your email address. If you forget your password, you can have the system email it to you. If you need help or cannot remember the email address you used, you can contact the office. You can also change your password at any time.
Please help us keep your information safe by protecting your login information. Access to sensitive personal and financial information can be gained by letting someone else use your account or by leaving the information for someone else to see. Campus Bible Church will never call you to ask for your login information. The Campus Bible Church office staff cannot access details regarding your specific contributions – for these types of inquiries, please contact Pastor Matt Cook at the church office (559) 291-9116.
