Welcome to the Campus Bible Church ONLINE Church Photo Directory information page. Through the use of our Church Photo Gallery we will be able to provide the congregation with an updated photo directory on an ongoing basis. It's like having a professional photo directory without the hassels of a directory company which obligates members to buy expensive portraits, or worrying that the photo will soon be out of date.
Our online church photo directory will help our Campus Bible Church family get to know one another better, and help build a sense of community.
Each person/family that submits a picture for the online directory will be given given a username and password which will allow them to access the directory.
So how can you join the online church directory? There are four ways to go about being included in the photo directory:
Option #1 - Fill out an online form and attach your digital picture.
Option #2 - Email your photo and the names of those in the photo to:
Option #3 - Drop off your photo to the church office and complete a photo
submission card. Please remember to put your name on the
back of the photo and indicate whether you'd like it returned.
If so, please include a self addressed stamped envelope or
stop by and pick it up.
Frequently Asked Questions How will we access the photo directory?
You will go to the church photo gallery, login in and use the username and password provided. Once you have logged in, the Church Directory Album will appear and you can enter the album by clicking on the album graphic.
What kind of photos should be submitted?
Whatever photo of you or your family would like. It could be a family vacation photo, a formal family photo, a Christmas photo, a photo taken in your back yard. Just make sure you and your family members are in the picture!
What will be included in the photo directory?
We will be including your photo and your name. No personal contact information will be included. We may in the future consider adding contact information, but only with the permission of those included. I have a digital photo I'd like to use. What about file format?
We prefer that the picture you submit be a .jpg or .bmp.
Will the pictures be color corrected or improved in any manner?
No. We may resize the pictures so that the directory maintains continuity. Sorry, no airbrushing.
Who should be a part of this directory?
In as much as this is a church family photo directory, we would like to include everyone who calls Campus "home". That includes people of all ages and stages - so families, individuals, couples - regardless if you are a member or not!
What if I have a photo I would like to use, but it is not in digital form?
Either scan the photo or give it to us and we'd be happy to scan it for you.
Will the directory be secure?
Those who have submitted a photo will be given a username and password which will allow them to access the album. Only then will they be allowed to access the photo directory.
